DMCA

If you are an artist or label and do not want your music appearing on this site, it is in your best interest to read the following very carefully:

It is not my intent to infringe on anyone's rights. This site was built to help people discover and fall in love with lesser known musical works. I have gone out of my way to promote your work and give links to where one can legally purchase it. Knowing you are an independent artist that has chosen not to be a part of the RIAA conglomerate, I am doing everything I can to help you succeed and have a profitable career. You deserve it!

Recommended Free Tracks:

If your music appears on the sidebar as a recommended free track, and you do not wish for people to be able to download the tracks for free, you need to go to last.fm, log into your account, and disable it from there. I only link to tracks that are made available as a free download by the artist or label.

Youtube video players:

If your music appears in a video player and you do not wish for people to be able to hear the full track on this site (or any other site), you need to go to youtube.com and file a complaint there.

I did not upload your tracks there, so I am not responsible for them. I am not your copyright infringer, the person who uploaded it on youtube is. I just found the video on a search there and used youtube's embedding code. Anyone else could do the same and use the same embedding code to put it on their own site. Getting the video disabled on youtube will prevent it from playing here, as well as any other site in which anyone has embedded the same video file.

Recommended Albums:

If your music appears as a recommended album at the bottom of the page and you do not wish for people to be able to listen to it here, you need to go to bandcamp.com, log into your account, and disable it there.

If you have done all of the above and there is still a problem, please contact me and I'll be more than happy to remove whatever remains, that you still have an issue with.
